• We are seeking a senior DevOps Support Engineer to provide technical support and infrastructure management for our client environments. The role involves troubleshooting production systems, and ensuring high availability across platforms.

Responsibilities

• -> Provide operational support and maintenance for client DevOps environments.
• -> Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
• -> Automate and optimize infrastructure processes using IaC tools.
• -> Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security for client deployments.

Requirements

• -> Fluent written and spoken English
• -> Excellent communications skills
• -> 7+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure management, or site reliability engineering.
• -> Experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• -> Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• -> Strong problem-solving and client communication skills.
